She started as HR Clerk until she became Human Resource Manager and eventually became Head of Total Rewards working in Corporate Office in Manila and reporting to the Head of HR of Holcim Philippines. Between 2012 to 2016, she worked as Human Resource Manager for a coal plant power plant in Davao City under the Aboitiz Power Corporation as her employer. She returned to Holcim Philippines in 2017 to head again the Total Rewards division of the Human Resource department of Holcim Philippines in their corporate office in Manila. In 2021, during the Covid pandemic, she accepted the role to head the Human Resource of Holcim Philippines Davao Plant. She has been a Human Resource practitioner for twenty-nine (29) years. She graduated from the course of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 1996. She enrolled in the College of Law in 2000 and was able to complete some units until 2002. She was unable to complete her dream course as she was placed as Office-in-Charge (OIC) - Human Resource Manager in Davao in 2002. In 2010, she completed a Certificate in Compensation Management leading to a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
